Cabana Dave’s Gulf Coast Catering has transformed from a popular little “hole-in-the-wall” restaurant in downtown Pleasanton, to an award-winning catering company.  The Cabana Crew has been catering events, large and small, in the East Bay for the past twelve years with great success. We have many satisfied, repeat customers including the Oakland Raiders and San Francisco Forty Niners.  David Victor, better known as “Cabana Dave”, is the owner and head chef of the operation.  Having traveled throughout the Caribbean and New Orleans, Cabana Dave developed a passion for all types of food found around the Gulf of Mexico.  Cajun, Caribbean and Authentic Southern & Texas BBQ are Cabana Dave’s specialties…our flavors set us apart.  Please take a look at our sample menus to get an idea of all that Cabana Dave’s Catering has to offer.  We pride ourselves in being able to work within your budget and individual taste.
